The Magpies are Galway’s only Aussie Rules Football team, established in 2010 and compete in the national league of Ireland. The Skeff Bar have been instrumental in setting up the Magpies and continue to collaborate on events and post match celebrations. Always on the lookout for new recruits the Magpies are open to all levels of skill and fitness willing to give Aussie Rules a go in Galway or volunteers willing to help out.
